Samco Pipet Polyethylene 8.0ML PK400 204 General-Purpose Transfer Pipets have a built-in pipet bulb which eliminates the need for plugging, packaging, and autoclaving. This also prevents cross-contamination. These Samco pipets are great for transferring cells, blood cells, and other sterile materials. Made of nontoxic, shatterproof polyethylene, these pipets can be frozen in liquid nitrogen, heat-sealed for storage, or used with liquid sanitizers. These lab pipets have a low-affinity surface which reduces the loss of cells and valuable proteins due to binding. These lab pipets can be frozen, they can be frozen in liquid nitrogen, or they can be frozen in liquid gas. Translucent color makes it easy to see the volume. The lower cost per pipet handled increases lab throughput. Also, the more pipets an operator uses, the greater the yield. Additionally, longer pipets are easier to handle when multiple pipets are used. Additionally, lower pipet costs do not necessarily imply lower quality.
