There are many uses for a pantograph arm, but the most common use is to locate the pantograph of your commercial fishing reel and spin it. When you need a regular arm for your pantograph reel you need a deluxe model. Schmitt & Ongaro Deluxe Ultra HD Adjustable Arms are higher duty than the standard version, so they stand up to the demands of commercial fisherman. With a pantograph arm you can provide a slightly larger area of the rudder without a big rudder slip or rope, which in turn can increase the leverage you use to turn the motor. Schmitt & Ongaro also offers a patented spring that extends the life of the spring and also redueces the pivot point of the arm. Schmitt & Ongaro Deluxe Pantograph Arms are made of 304 stainless steel and have a black powder coat finish. They require a Grinnell seal on the pantograph to prevent sea water from flowing down the pantograph. For a great way to make sure your fishing reel is the best it can possibly be, choose the Schmitt & Ongaro Deluxe 12.5" Pantograph Arm.
