Works great protecting my Holosun 510 red dot optic on a taller mount. Just enough clearance for a ScopeCoat on my Vortex VMT-3x magnifier. Optic protection is an important item for rail mounted optics.

I bought this for my Aimpoint T2 and it almost seemes like it doesn't fit. I have one that fits my Acog like a glove but Im guessing this one is made to use without the caps on, but with a little determination you can get it on.
