This Sea-Dog D Shackle is a popular rigging component used for controlling loads on both ends of a shackle. Most commonly used for anchor lines, the D-style shackle works well for a variety of rigging applications. The cross beams of the shackle are rounded to prevent shackle damage and the U shaped end provides plenty of strength for heavy loads. The 5/16 inch pin size fits most traditional shackles and the cast 316 stainless steel works great with any rigging components.
