This Sellier & Bellot Non-Toxic 9mm Luger 124 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) ammo is perfect for high-volume shooting at the indoor range. They have a muzzle velocity of 1,181 fps (feet per second) and muzzle energy of 382 ft-lb (foot-pounds). The brass cases are boxer-primed and reloadable over several life cycles. The TFMJ (Total Full Metal Jacket) bullet type goes beyond a regular full metal jacket bullet that leaves the lead bottom of the projectile exposed, meaning they are not non-toxic. The TFMJ have an extended jacket all the way around the bottom of the round nose bullet in these 9x19mm NATO cartridges, completely enclosing the lead core to eliminate lead exposure.
