This armor vest kit includes our Patriot plate carrier and two level IV model 4S17 plates. The Patriot plate carrier vest is low profile, adjustable and can easily be concealed under a sweatshirt or jacket. The level IV model 4S17 ballistic plates are constructed of ceramic with composite backing, NIJ 0101.06 certified and made in specialized factories with a ten year ballistic warranty.
