These have been perfect for my needs so far. Easy and straight foward to use. Simple and solid construction. The magnets do not work well with small vice jaws to hold in place, but they do work well otherwise.

Tough, built-in magnets hold these 4-1/2" rubberfaced magnetic jaw pads securely in place while making adjustments. Reducing wear and tear is a breeze since these pads can be removed and reused. Please note that these must be firmly seated in the vise before making any adjustments. You must remove the steel guide bushing and use one of the vise's original rubberfaced jaw pads, or use two Shop Fox Rubberfaced Vise Jaw Pads and then install the Shop Fox Magnetic Jaws. Please note that these must be returned to the original screw tip first. Tough, built-in magnets hold these 41/2" rubberfaced magnetic jaw pads securely in place while making adjustments. Please keep out of reach of children and keep in mind that these are metal.image
