The Shop Fox Four Arm Thru is made with solid American birchwood. The 4-Arm Thru has a thoroughthoughout design that allows for maximum rigidity from the center to the tip. The various slots and keyed alike positions provide for many different options and combinations of this jig. Many of these jigs can be set up as through jigs for the lathe, or used as spindle pulleys for the drill press, or used as infeed and outfeed rollers for the bandsaw, jig and so on. The most common type of jig is the bowl jig. This type of jig has the advantage of being able to be set up as a through jig, which can be modified and used for many different purposes. This particular jig is designed to be used with the optional mini through hole jig which converts the jig from the through hole type to an indexable 4 arm throu. This Shop Fox product is made with American birchwood and has a 2in diameter and is 1in high. The threads on the through hole are 1/4in 20 TPI, and the through hole has a metric thread.
