The Sierra 1162501003 Shields Shieldsflex II Water/Exhaust Hose with Wire 1in x 10in is constructed of heavy-duty synthetic rubber and features a black synthetic rubber tube and cover. This Hose from Sierra is reinforced with wire helix imbedded between plies of HD synthetic cord and is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater. The Sierra Shieldsflex II Hose is abrasion and odor permeation resistant. The hose meets SAE J2006 Type R2 standards and has double the ozone resistance required by the SAE J2006.
