Fuel lines are a critical component of most outboard motors, but hoses that connect the fuel tank to the outboard are not as common as fuel lines for internal engine applications. Sierra's Shields Ado 4000 Outboard Fuel Line is easy to install, flexible for easy connections at the fuel tank, and maintains flexibility through a range of environmental conditions. This 3/8" Bulk Reel from Sierra is an economical solution to convert an existing fuel tank for use with an outboard motor. This hose is designed to perform and meet all EPA and CARB standards. Fuel lines constructed with Shields ado 4000 outboard fuel lines are constructed with a non-permeable THV barrier layer, polyester reinforcement, and a CPE weather and UV resistant cover. The THV 500 barrier layer is designed for excellent flexibility and permeation resistance. The polyester reinforcement adds strength to the hose while the CPE cover is excellent for UV resistance. The gray color of the ado 4000 Outboard Fuel Line helps prevent vapor lock to help prevent odor.
