Yes, the optic and magnifier sit at a 1.41" sight-height, this allows for an absolute co-witness with a standard A2 front sight. When using the magnifier, the front sight will be out of focus allowing you to use the optic and magnifier as intended.
I would, from my experience on my pistol length 300BLK I feel they sit too low and the eye relief is not the greatest. So I'm also looking for a cantilever mount to push the optic closer to the direction of brace.

Amazing optic. Battery life is good, holds zero really well. I have 5 of these on other rifles and they take a beating. Have they're micro optic on a pistol and it competes well with my Trijicon.
I like it, very easy to sight in, and has been accurate. I’ve only taken it to the range a couple times, so I’m not sure about durability, but seems to be holding up fine for now.
I installed these units on a short barrelled, suppressed 5.56 AR-15. Impressed with ease of installation and directions on how to get proper eye relief. The Romeo red dot is crisp and the Juliet magnifier is very clear and doesn't negatively impact...

Out of the box tha dot light intensity gets stuck between settings. Red dot does not stay on when switching intensity. Very disappointing have to send it back.
