Is this the correct image of the product/which Sig model was this FH produced for? It looks really good, I've just never seen one like that on a Sig.

I purchased a Sig Sauer MCX 11.5” 5.56 and this exact flash hider is installed. I’m sure it is installed in multiple MCX models.
