I have a Sig Sauer MCX Spear LT chambered in 300 blackout with a 9” barrel. Can I use my current lower to attach this upper to? Any mods needed?

You sure can. I have a 300 blackout with a 9 inch barrel as well and I frequently swap the 5.56 in 11.5 inches regularly.

What exactly are all the items included in this kit, besides the upper in pic? Is the stock delete adapter and folding mech included? sig sights ?

It comes with the upper receiver, the hand guard, the barrel and gas system, the BCG and it’s just a slick pic rail.
