Is this the one that will fit on a 5.56 but mount the 762 suppressor? Expert Answer

Yes, this has the standard 1/2x28 thread pitch for .223/5.56 barrels, but will take the SRD762-QD .308/7.62 suppressor.

Sig Sauer does not provide the specific thread sizing on the outside of the flash hider. It was designed to be used with the Sig Sauer SRD762 Suppressor. If you are looking for more information, I would recommend reaching out to Sig Sauer.

Allows me to use my Sig SRD762Ti-QD on any of my 223 AR15s with a 1/2x28 thread. Looks better than the Micro Brake that comes with the can, and does not need to be timed unless you're very particular about your flash hider prong orientation.

This product works great. thread on easy and allowed me to mount my Sig suppressor with ease. two thumbs up. It does a great job of hiding the muzzle flash. I have a compensator as well that sounds like a beast but this one does a great job.

Aligns and secures both the mount to the gun and then the silencer to the mount. Self-centering and very secure interface. Mount is a three-piece assembly consisting of the rear mount unit semi-permanently attached to the gun's muzzle, a crush washer and finally an interchangeable tip. Simple one-handed use.image
