No, the P220 Legion uses an optic-ready cut compatible with ROMEO-X Pro, ROMEO1Pro, ROMEO2, and RMR footprint optics, not the SIG-LOC bottom-mount footprint used by this ROMEO-X Enclosed sight, so it will not fit.
The Enclosed ROMEO-X Pro fully seals the emitter and lens inside the housing for extra protection against debris, moisture, and impact, while the standard (open) ROMEO-X Pro has an exposed emitter design; both share the same SIG-LOC footprint and core features otherwise.
Love the Romeo line, just make sure you get the right size, I mistakenly got this instead of the compact
