Product Info for SightMark Shade 256 2-16x15 Mini Thermal Rifle Scope
The Sightmark Shade 2-16x15 Thermal Riflescope delivers premium thermal detection in a compact, lightweight package. Designed for nighttime predator and hog hunters who demand mobility without sacrificing clarity, the Shade weighs just under 20 ounces and runs on two easy-to-find CR123A batteries. Its 256x192 thermal sensor may be modest in resolution, but it punches above its weight with a sensitive <50 mK NETD rating, perfect for detecting heat signatures in brush, fields, and thick timber.
The 15mm lens provides a wide 11 degrees field of view at 2x optical magnification, ideal for spotting and tracking fast-moving targets. The scopes revolutionary Resolution Enhancement mode further improves image clarity by sharpening edges and tightening fine detail, making the most of the sensors output when youre trying to separate an animal from the background or sift through cluttered terrain. Digital zoom up to 8x extends your reach when needed, while the high-resolution 1024x768 FLCOS display ensures crisp visuals with excellent contrast. A built-in video recorder and support for up to 256GB of storage lets you capture the action without fuss.
Crafted from durable aircraft-grade aluminum, the Shade features a streamlined Picatinny mount and intuitive controls, with onboard power or external USB support for flexible field use. Whether youre scanning a tree line or setting up for a quick shot, the Sightmark Shade 2-16x15 keeps things simple, sharp, and on target.
