Will this product work with baofeng radios? and does it come with everything I need to hook it up to the radio? or what do I need to add to the order?

Yes, this is a modular system kit that includes our Silynx control box (PTT), in-ear headset and a radio cable adaptor. We have a cable adaptor that works with this system and connects to the BaoFeng radios. If you would like to order the kit with the appropriate cable, you will need to confirm the model of your BaoFeng radio.

Can this system be used in Hazmat Level A suits?

Yes, we have an optional adaptor that has a larger round PTT for easier operation within a Level A suit.
