The rear panel incorporates vertical MOLLE webbing to support additional attachments such as magazine carriers, tourniquets, or utility tools.

An optional integrated Tegris mounting panel provides structural support and a bolt-on interface for compatible sheath-mounted tools, allowing secure attachment while maintaining accessibility. The panel is sewn at the top and bottom to permit hardware access when mounting fixed accessories.
