The SURRET/16 CS Daypack has a padded, suspended suspension that sits firmly and comfortably on your back and allows easy access to all areas of the pack. The molded zipper pulls and "grip tape" on the zippers ensure that the main compartment and any other openings are kept securely shut, and the "grip tape" on the zipper entrances ensures that any sharp object will not be able to damage the pack. The SURRET/16 CS Daypack has an admin pocket on the inside with an easy access key holder and clip, and also comes with a suspended holster that fits a SOG Tactical or Survival knife. The molded padded shoulder straps with adjustment cords provide a perfect fit for any size of load and the adjustable sternum straps allows for the pack to be raised up to allow the chest strap to come off so that you can stand up to larger packs. One main compartment with two zip compartments and one zippered mesh pocket that can fit items such as water bottles, pens, and field compasses. The second compartment has an internal, zippered pocket that is perfect for storing small items such as a skin or a light jacket. There is also a zippered, external hydration sleeve and two sided zippered pockets that can fit either a hydration tube or a solar panel. A suspended thumb loop at the top of the pack allows you to attach a sternum strap for additional stability when needed. The suspended holsters can be removed to allow the packs to be carried like a conventional pack but with a SOG holster. The molded poly carbonate/recycled BPA-free water bladders, which are conveniently located on the sides of the pack. A large, zippered, watertight zippers and tough reinforced wear pads complete the look. The SOG Surrept/16 CS Daypack has been designed so that the sternum strap can double as a mono-pod (assisted EOD leg straps) so that the packs can be carried like a traditional holster, but with a hip-braid. The sling system helps keep the packs contents positioned so that they stand up to even the toughest of environments.
