Inspired by the popular SOG "tac" Knife, the "tac" Auto - is a lightweight, compact auto open folding knife. It packs the same ball bearing locking system and stainless steel blade as seen in the full size version, but in a smaller, folding, locking frame design. This allows for easy maintenance, and a reduction in overall size, as well as weight, when folded. The "tac" auto features a blackened out finish, so that the knife is not as noticeable when on duty or in use. With the "tac", sog created an entire product line of folding auto knives, bearings in the main blade, and a reversible/adjustable pocket clip - so that one size fits all. Although Australia doesn't get the attention it deserves, it's still mighty impressive that one dollar can buy you so much as a fraction of the size and weight of some autos on the road today.
