LARGER DIAMETER THAN OTHER PISTAL TUBES ALLOWS THIS TUBE TO HOLD THE BRACE BETTER. VERY TIGHT FIT. I USED A HAND HELD HAIR DRYER TO SOFTEN THE RUBBER AND EASE INSTALLATION. SPIKES STUFF IS ALWAYS TOP OF THE LINE
