Spuhr does not offer a Tikka T3/TX mount that is compatible with 1" tubes. I'd recommend the DNZ Tikka T3 Scope Tube Mount found using the following link:

will this work on tikka m595? Expert Answer

Yes. The Spuhr Sako TRG & Tikka T3/TX Aesthetic Mount will fit your M595 as these mounts are meant to be installed on the 16.5 mm dovetail and make use of the recoil stopper, which will fit your M595 rifle as well.
