Excellent. Super sharp blade. Has a slim lightweight profile making it great for EDC. Handle is a little on the larger side so if you want something more compact go with the Para 3. Fast 2 day shipping and a great price at Optics Planet.

The Para Military 2 is one of Spyderco's most popular and iconic designs. It is therefore fitting that it should serve as a platform to showcase our proprietary blade steel-CPM SPY27. Developed in close cooperation with Crucible Industries and exclusive to Spyderco, CPM SPY27 enhances the proven alloy formula of VG-10 stainless steel with niobium and nitrogen, additional carbon, molybdenum, and vanadium, and the many advantages of Crucible's state-of-the- art particle metallurgy process. To further highlight this elite blade steel, this knife's handle is capped with peel-ply-textured G-10 scales in a distinctive cobalt blue-one of the signature colors of our SPY27 family of knives.image
