Lists Left & Right hand models but is 4 way adjustable. Is the only difference where the pocket clip was installed at the factory?

No, the left handed modes have the compression lock release on the opposite side as the right handed models, the pocket clip is 4 way adjustable for all models and on the left handed model it is also on the opposite side as the right.
