This dynamic folder proudly carries a uniquely appealing name and is crafted entirely from high-performance materials. The blade of this automatic open knife is crafted from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, and it offers both a finely distal tapered point and a prominent swedge to provide impressive cutting performance with a "staggered-ground" finish. The leaf-shaped, patent-pending clip-point blade of this knife offers a reversible "choked-up" clip and a stout, forward-mounted reversible stainless steel clip with a black G-10 "choke" and a black backspacer/spacer clip. A generously sized choil and a four-position pocket clip (which supports all possible carry configurations) complete the package, ensuring that you're ready for whatever may come your way. This limited-edition gentlemen's folder is handcrafted in China to support the C.D. LaFontaine design theme and features a black-coated, stainless steel backspacer/spring, a red G-10 scale, open-spine handle, and a choice of PlainEdge or fully serrated SpyderEdge. The choils, wire guards, and spacers of this Spyderco exclusive are all machined from solid G-10 sheet stock. The knife's Trademark Round HoleTM and "finger choil" provide a distinctive grip that lends the knife a distinctive appearance while also enhancing its slip-resistant properties. To support both these features, the Tenacious proudly wears a trademark LaFone® logo proudly displayed on the handle.
