Item is used as described. Item is a normal carry handle .This is NOT a left hand Stag Arms carry handle.Id say whomever checked this return then sold it as what was claimed , owes me a left hand Stag Arms A2 carry handle .

Product Info for Stag Arms AR-15 A3 Left Carry Handle

The military style A2 carry handle attaches to the picatinny rails on top of an A3 flat top upper receiver. Integrated into the carry handle is a dual aperture sight with 1/2MOA windage adjustments. The attachment bolts for the handle are on the opposite side to accommodate the left hand dust cover door flipping up instead of down.image
