Product Info for Stag Arms Blackout Barrel Assembly

The 16" 300 AAC Blackout barrel assembly comes standard with a 1/7 twist rate and a 5/8x24 thread pitch. These are the same barrel assemblies used on all 300 blackout upgraded rifles and uppers. Chamber: 300 Blackout Length: 16" Diameter at the gas port: .750" Barrel Threading: 5/8x24 Barrel Profile: Government Profile Barrel Material: 4140 Steel Twist Rate: 1/7 Bore & Barrel Lining: Mil-spec Chrome Lined Barrel Coating: Manganese phosphate Sight: F-marked A2 front sight with a side sling swivel Handguard: Thermoplastic handguards with double heat shields Gas System: Carbine length direct impingement Muzzle Device: A2 flash hider (Post ban will have a pinned in place muzzle brake) Q: Will this work with my upper receiver? A: The barrel assembly will work with any mil-spec upper receiver. If you have a left hand upper receiver, please make sure to purchase the barrel with an ambi barrel extension to ensure the bolt will properly lock into the barrel extension. Q: Do you provide instructions on how to install the barrel? A: Unfortunately we don't provide directions on how to install a barrel and recommend that it be installed by a gunsmith to prevent damage to the rifle. Q: Do I have to purchase a matched bolt to my barrel? A: With AR-15's as long as you are using the proper bolt for the caliber you do not need to match a bolt to the barrel.image
