What is the best height of H-Series rings for a Steyr SSG 69?

Determine the proper ring height by stacking coins on your picatinny rail or scope base. keep stacking coins until your scope is right where you want it. measure the stack of coins in millimeters, and then add HALF of the diameter of the scope tube to that number.

for example. If the stack of pennies lifting the scope to the proper height measures 21.6mm (.85") and you have a 30mm tube scope, add 15mm to 21.6mm and convert to inches if necessary.
