This complete upper from STNGR delivers an ultra-compact 300 BLK platform for shooters who need maximum maneuverability without sacrificing hard-hitting performance. The 8.5-inch barrel is purpose-built for close-quarters work - whether you're running subsonic loads with a suppressor for quiet operations or supersonic rounds for hunting and home defense. This is the foundation for the most compact suppressor hosts, PDW-style builds, and backpack guns where every inch counts but you still need the stopping power of 300 BLK. The 7-inch VYPR handguard keeps the profile tight while still giving you room for essential accessories like lights and grips.
The KAK OE-SPEC 8.5-inch barrel in 300 BLK pairs with a pistol-length gas system for reliable cycling with both supersonic and subsonic ammunition. The STNGR VYPR handguard is built from 6061-T6 aluminum with M-LOK slots and weighs just 5.6 ounces - making this one of the lightest setups you can build. STNGR's proprietary anti-slide plate locks the handguard to the upper receiver, preventing forward sliding, while built-in anti-rotation tabs eliminate lateral movement for a rock-solid fit no matter how hard you run it.
This upper comes fully assembled and ready to run - STNGR includes their phosphate chrome-lined M16 bolt carrier group with a C158 bolt and a standard GI charging handle. Built on AT3's slick side billet upper receiver with a low-profile .750 steel gas block, pistol-length stainless gas tube, and AT3 birdcage flash hider. Available in Black, Flat Dark Earth, and OD Green to match your build.
