- Assembly Instructions:
- Cut PVC/ABS tubing one inch longer than the longest section of your fly rod.
- Slide Sleeve over tubing Zippered End First! It may be tight.
- Pull the top of the Sleeve down until the zipper is just barely above the top end of the tubing.
- Place foam insert inside the zippered cap, foam end towards the tubing and zip.
- Trim bottom of Sleeve about 1in longer than the PVC and tuck excess inside tube.
- Before gluing, place Rubber Butt Cap onto tube end to insure that everything fits correctly.
- If all is okay, remove Rubber Butt Cap, put PVC Pipe Cement on inside sides of rubber cap and replace on tube and let dry before putting rod into tube
