Will this work with a Law Tactical folding stock adapter in the folded position ? As in folding flat against the receiver ?

No. The Law Tactical adapter's hinge would need clearance where the long slot sling loop is.

The Strike Industries Multi-Function End Plate and Anti-Rotation Castle Nut may prevent SA-15 from folding all the way. I recommend contacting Shield Arms to confirm compatibility.
