Either +P+ with a stiff spring, or reduced load with a soft spring. These sure smooth out the final impact of the slide!
Some light modifying was required to have the buffer fit flush to the P80 frame.

I am not sure I could tell a difference before and after installing. I ended up not using because of this reason, since less is usually better. I likely would have returned these if I would have opened them sooner. In short, they were of no use to me...
