Awesome product! by Eric, May 13, 2016

This sling catch works as designed. Really helps keep the sling off your neck. It makes using a sling for a long time a comfortable affair. I thought it was going to be flimsy polymer, but it's very sturdy for what it is.

Product Info for Strike Industries Sling Catch

The Strike Industries Tactical Sling Catch is made to eliminate a problem familiar to anybody who's ever used a weapon sling - the chafing at the neck caused by the sling's webbing material. Designed with input from Special Force Group operators, the Strike Industries Sling Catch addresses the issue by keeping the webbing material away from the operators neck. The SI Rifle Sling Catch is attached and secured to the shoulder pad/strap of the vest by means of a heavy duty Velcro strap. The low profile design allows quick don and doff of the weapon sling while being virtually snag free when moving through heavy brush. Some sling materials may be less abrasive than others, such as tubular webbing and softer material than thicker canvas materials, but all will cause irritation and chaffing over a short period of time - an issue magnified when wearing any sort of body armor or outer tactical vest(OTV). The Strike Industries Tactical Sling Catch is the answer!
