No, the Strike Industries RMR to ACRO Adaptor Plate is only compatible with RMR cut slides as well as the Strike Industries Liteslide's.

Will this mount to a sig p320 that is optics ready. The rear iron sights are not attached to the optic plate.

I wouldn't recommend it. You'd want a slide with RMR recoil posts so that the screws mounting the plate to the slide don't shear.
