Product Info for Strike Industries CZ Scorpion X-Comp Thread Protector
The Strike X-Comp Thread Protector for M18x1 RH is specially made to work on a CZ Scorpion EVO using the CZ click stop latch found on the factory muzzle brake when using the CZ OEM handguard. This thread protector includes a Strike Industries Jam Nut in M18x1 RH thread to give you an easier way to assist in the installation and timing of a muzzle device without the CZ click stop latch when an aftermarket Scorpion handguard is used. Direct thread onto the M18x1 RH barrel thread retaining nut, this thread protector helps protect the crown and threads of the barrel. Whether you are deciding on a muzzle brake or not using your suppressor for transportation and storage, the Strike X-Comp Thread Protector performs a valuable function without sacrificing the looks. The Strike X-Comp Thread Protector is SI OPPRESSOR compatible and when paired with available Strike X-Comp Thread Adapter Kits (sold separately) to be used with other threaded barrels and is multi-caliber with 9mm, .223, 5.56, .308 and 7.62. For for use with a Kalashnikov USA KP-9, purchase the Strike X-Comp Thread Adapter Kit (1/2-28 TPI M18x1 RH) (sold separately) and this Mini Cookie Cutter 02 can be used with the AK detent notch on the KP-9. For those with a SIG SAUER MPX, purchase the Strike X-Comp Thread Adapter Kit (SIG MPX M18x1 RH) (sold separately). For all others, a Strike X-Comp Thread Adapter kit in 1/2"-28 TPI or 5/8"-24 TPI is also available.
