This compass is in Degrees. It does not have tritium but the markings are all luminescent to glow in the dark.

This is a great compass, I have two! I travel around the country and around the world so I like the ability to easily calibrate magnetic declination and the fact that it can be used at night. It is well made and I would highly recommend this compass.
