Yes it will. The Kingslayer uses the RMR footprint.

Will this work with my Olight red dot optic? Manufacturer Answer

It may, as long as your Olight optic uses an RMR footprint. The Rebel Riser is designed for red dot optics that mount using the RMR pattern and attaches to a Picatinny rail. If the optic uses a different footprint, it will not be compatible.
