The Tagua Four In One Holster With Thumb Break works for pistols that have a 5 inch barrel, and fits guns with a small of back or IWB holster design. The right hand holster pictured above is a small of back IWB holster, while the left hand model is an IWB holster. They both have the same belt slots, but the left hand model has an extra clip on the holster. If you use a holster for a long time, you can rotate the barrel nut and move the clip back to adjust the size. A thumb break will allow you to easily draw your gun without having to fully unholster the gun. This feature is also works with a semiautomatic pistol. Black finish and fit for small of back and IWB. Belt slots fit up to 1.75 inch belts.
