Depending on the current height / space you have to lower your optic. The Low 35mm will leave you with roughly .066" of clearance on the 20moa rail. The Medium will leave you with just over 1/10th of an inch at .166". This would be my recommendation. TMS35M

Yes, since Picatinny sits a bit higher than a conventional mount, low rings should accommodate the scope just fine.
