Will need to be trimmed if you have a regular p365. Easy to do as the reference line is printed on the backing paper. If you have a 365x or XL its ready to go for you. The pro texture is closer to the granular then the rubber but is a good mix.

Talon Evolution Grips for Glock are adhesive backed grips for guns. The Subcompact PRO grips combine the best characteristics of the granulate and rubber textures. The surface of the grip which is made of ground up rubber, provides an aggressive grip without being abrasive. The PRO texture is comfortable enough for most people to carry against the skin, however it can be used in competition if desired. Adhesive material is less than 0.5mm thick.
