Works with the backstops you already use

Each TargetTack features a 3-inch serrated blade that bites firmly into common archery backstops, including: layered foam indoor and outdoor targets, popular foam blocks, straw butts, and hay bale backers. If you're shooting on typical foam or hay-style targets, these are built to work with your setup.

For most standard paper targets up to about 16 by 16 inches, we recommend using four 3-inch TargetTacks (one in each corner) to keep the target flat and reduce movement in the wind. Larger or heavier targets may need a couple of extra tacks, depending on the size of the target, the backing material, and outdoor conditions.
