The Ten Ryu Shirasaya Sword features solid steel Tsuba and a polished Shinogi Zukuri-inspired blade. The Shinogi cuts deeply with a pronounced point, producing a very distinctive slashing sound on cutting. The Shinogi's handguard is carved in a very distinctive way. The Shinogi is unmistakably Japanese, with a long tang not unlike that of the Tsukahara MK IV, and the Tsuba is a slightly curved blade with a long central guard surrounded by delicate woven leather that lends a very sober beauty to the sword. The black leather is dyed, and the fittings are of a high quality silk brocade, again adding to the exquisite beauty of the sword. In typical Shinogi Tega, the Shinogi Zukuri is used to distract the Shinogaru from the blade, taking a living room. The white handle is crafted of a hammered copper color, adding to the exquisite look of the sword. It comes packaged in a black sword bag.
