Installed this on a PSAK 101, used some left over midwest industries blue loctite on each screw. Angle can be adjusted fore or aft for individual preference. Not many rounds on it yet, but has not come loose.

Product Info for Texas Weapon Systems Hob Knob
The absolute best AK charging handle available. The TWS exclusive 3-Bolt design is guaranteed to never come loose and fall off. Other makes use a single tiny screw resulting in stripped Allen wrenches, frequent loosening, and potential loss after just a few shots. Unlike others, the Hob Knob uses three beefy 1/4-20 set screws for the most secure attachment. The 3-Bolt design also lets you adjust tilt for the perfect comfortable angle. Light weight anodized aluminum keeps weight down. The meaty size feels positive and comfortable in the hand while axial grooves improve grip.
