This combination electrode provides an on-the-spot pH reading and an ORP reading via an on-board ion exchange membrane. Low-cost, two-wire system features an orphan RXC electrode isolated on an ORP membrane to provide background ion current for reducing background readings. Active partial filling of electrode body prevents loss of connection due to stray water, air or gases. The ORION ROSS combination electrode has an on-board ion exchange membrane. It measures pH at the point of use and ORP at the point of use. The electrode body incorporates an ORION on-board ion exchange buffer, which buffers the pH across the pH point. It also has an integrated ORION probe cleaning station, which cleans all ORION probes.
