Great trigger easy to install. Easy to adjust and functions very well. For the price this is a very good trigger and an upgrade from the stock triggers. I have put this trigger on most my rifles with on problems.

The Timney Triggers Winchester Custom Trigger brings high quality and adjustability to the famed Winchester Model 70 bolt-action rifle. These Rifle Triggers from Timney Triggers fit both pre and post 1964 Model 70 variants and can be adapted for the Model 54 with slight modification to the cocking piece. With the addition of the Timney Triggers Winchester Replacement Trigger, the trigger pull weight can be precisely adjusted from 1 to 3 pounds. The current version of Timney Triggers Model 401 Winchester Trigger for the Winchester Model 70 is simple to install, even for novice gunsmiths.
