If using on a Troy rail system it fits a little tight due to the finish. Indexes easy with the gas tube right at 35 ftlb. Didn’t have any issues with this product. Good quality product at a good price.

Works as intended. Would highly recommend. Changed over to a Samson Free Float Rail and needed a Mil Spec Barrel Nut. Worked out perfectly. After reviewing other available options, went with this one.

This Troy barrel nut is easy to install and helps with the customization of any Troy alpha series handguards to your rifle. It is very durable but light as well. A great product to choose!! This nut was used on a Ruger AR-556 AR15.
