No, this True Precision Sig Sauer P365 Threaded Barrel is chambered for 9mm not .380. We do not currently carry any aftermarket barrels for the P365 chambered in .380.

Very nice,very detailed, shoots spot on, comes with a nice aluminum thread protector with O-ring. It adds 3/4 of an inch to the stock barrel.

The finish is quite nice, it fits perfectly. It is actually machined to tighter tolerances than the factory barrel. Its slightly longer than expected but not a problem at all.

TRUE barrels deliver unmatched accuracy, combining advanced cuts, chamfers, and feed ramp designed to outperform OEM standards and to ensure reliable feeding of all types of ammunition designs, including defensive ammo. Our proprietary stainless steel broach cut rifling underscores our commitment to those who demand only the best. image

*Notice* For certain pistol versions that have a loaded chamber indicator the need to remove the LCI or modify it by shortening is required to use this barrel. Once performed this barrel will function correctly in the the LCI equipped firearm.
