Yes, the Truglo Sight-Line Red Laser will fit the underside accessory rail on the 43x MOS. Keep in mind, with this laser equipped, you will have very limited holster compatibility.
I bough this laser sight for my new Glock G44 22lr. The rail mount is very limited in its positioning options. The laser itself is good and bright, but has limited adjustability.
