What is the height of the TruGlo Tfx S&W J-Frm Frnt TG13SJ1A?

I just rec'd a TruGlo TG13SJ1A front sight for S&W J Frames. Here are the dimensions as close as these ole eyes can read a caliper:
It is .2315 tall, .1555 wide, .8660 long, blade that goes in to be pinned is .1230 wide X .3175 long. The White ring's outer diameter is right at: .1265

Stock front sight height on my S&W 649-3 is: .1370. and Rear sight's channel is: .1285 wide.. This would place the TruGlo's Green center /White Ring's center at the top height of the Stock blade, which basically puts the bottom of the White circle on the bottom of the gun's rear sight channel and centers the dot side to side of the rear sight's channel.

Yes the TruGlo's entire rear sight picture will cover the target, however this is not a Target, or go to the range and shoot off 100 rounds revolver: It is a defensive Firearm and the TruGlo seems to be set up that way! However I do not real see the advantage of the day time “Glo” since it is not that bright and at the same time the Tritium “Nite Sight” portion is not really that bright in the dark either.
