Tubbs handcrafted his first pair of Tubbs Snowshoes. Honoring Walter's commitment to craftsmanship, the Boundary Peak was designed for utility and grace. A patina coated aluminum frame provides strength in varied terrain, while the REACT LTD binding keeps you comfortable and secure whether traveling through the backcountry or your own backyard.
Features of Tubbs Boundary Peak Snowshoe - Mens:
- Pro-step frame combines a continuous frame bend with longer, lower rise for improved flotation
- Lower height nose packs easily, while the tail bend reduces impact on your joints
- Rotating toe cord design enables the tail of the snowshoe to drop and snow to shed off the tail, reducing cardio-respiratory strain by 7%
- Underfoot pivot point allows the toe traction teeth to bite deeply into the snow when weighted
- Rotation limiter prevents over-rotation and shin bang
- Asymmetric and easy to use react binding combines gender-specific, stable base construction with Tubbs' patented control wing technology makes for a comfortable and secure fit
